Channel letters are custom-fabricated metal, plastic or a combination of metal and plastic letters commonly used in exterior building signage, interior signage, on public and commercial buildings, and often internally illuminated by LED. Our most common type are aluminum construction with 3/16” acrylic faces decorated with paint, electroplating or 3M graphics for ultra-long durability. Standard channel letters are fabricated with 5″ returns (depth), 1″ – 2″ trim caps (decorative outline) and 3/16″ acrylic faces (sign faces). We can customize the your letters to have slimmer returns as low as 1″, smaller trim caps or none at all, 1/4″ or thicker faces, etc. Fast signs are available with our speedy production services and installation.
